John E. Garrison, DDS
John Garrison began his career in general dentistry and spent more than 25 years chairside. That time is the reason this company exists. He used the same instruments every day that the rest of the profession used, and when something did not perform the way it should have, he did not work around it. He redesigned it.
Take the bite block. The standard version was bulky, uncomfortable for the patient, and made access difficult for the dentist and the assistant both. Hollowing it out and adding a rubber surface gave the clinical team full access and gave the patient something far easier to bite on. That became LogiBloc®.
That instinct is what led him to start Common Sense Dental. The name followed the same logic. Common Sense Dental fit because the products simply make the most sense.
