Returns & Exchanges

Beyond the 90-day guarantee window, returns and exchanges are available within 6 months of the purchase date. The customer is responsible for shipping costs on returns and exchanges (both to and from our facility).

Refund Processing

Exchanges

Need a different size or configuration? Contact us and we'll arrange an exchange. Exchanges follow the same 6-month window and shipping terms as returns.
